Two face to face meetings to get acquainted & review all information and concept

• 1st Meeting takes place 12 weeks before event date; timeline building & details

• 2nd Meeting takes place 7-10 days before event date; collect all items for ceremony & (stationery, favours, photo shot list, vendor balances) & review the final timeline

Full access to our wedding management site (personalized tent wedding checklist, budget, guest list management, calendar of events, vendor contact list & more). Provide assistance with the following but not limited to:

• Permits

• Insurance

• Electricity

• Flooring

• Lighting

• Cooling/Heating

• Restrooms

• Inventory list for bar items, alcohol, mixers, soft drinks, garnishes etc.

• Security

• Parking/Valet

• Garbage Removal

• Kitchen Rentals (warmers, coolers, catering tent area, draping etc).

• Staffing (bartenders, general staff, runners etc).

Provide a walk through with key vendors

Create event flow & floor plan

Complete Wedding Day Timeline

Unlimited email and phone consultations (starting three months before the wedding.

Schedule a final details meeting with tent, caterer, and applicable vendors

Review all vendor agreements and contracts

Formal introduction to all confirmed vendors (begins 12 weeks before).

Vendor Recommendations (client to book appointment, negotiate and manage booking)

Assist in planning ceremony flow and formation

Distribute and review approved event timeline and production schedule with vendors

Final vendor confirmations (confirm details & arrival times with vendors)

Ceremony Rehearsal Management

Day of Wedding Services

Decor set up (including programs, favors, escort cards, cake items, signage etc.)

Manage the setup of all ceremony & reception items etc.)

Coordinate and execute flow of ceremony and reception

Complete day of coordination including managing the vendors (acting as a venue manager).

Complete day of coordination including managing the vendors (acting as a venue manager).

Ensure all ceremony and reception items are packed and placed in designated location

Two wedding planners onsite based on guest count below 100 people

Provide use of emergency day kit

Distribution of any final payments to vendors

Tent Weddings Planning starts from $7,500+HST

Tent Wedding Management starts from $3,500+HST

Pricing depends on the amount of guests and location of your ceremony/reception and the complexity of the wedding.

For this service our couples usually have a budget of $50,000 for 100 guests.
