Hiring Perfect Planners was probably one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Every meeting we had with Vicky and our lead planner Nicole was friendly and helpful. Every crazy idea we had they would just say "yep, we can make that happen".

They guided us through dealing with our vendors and created an extremely detailed timeline, then on the day of worked very hard to make sure it was followed. Nicole and her team took care of everything including setting up our centerpieces and packing them up at the end of the night, even helping with loading them into our car. They ensured that on our wedding day we wouldn't have to focus on all the little details and could really enjoy things.

At one point I tried to help carrying something and was told to go back on the dance floor and have fun. That type of service is what you're paying for when you hire a planner, and for us it was worth every penny.

We hired Vicky after a few failed attempts of planning our wedding due to covid. We came to Vicky with about 5 months to plan our wedding and some things already planned. From the first meeting she worked with us to find the right service that she could offer to us and made us feel at ease and comfortable. All of the vendors she recommended were extremely professional and a joy to work with. We provided Vicky with some inspiration of what we wanted our wedding to look like and she knew exactly how to bring our vision to life and truly it was better than we expected.

We hired Vicky for the Wedding Month Management package which was perfect for us. We already had our vendors in place but really wanted help for the day of so we could enjoy our day and our guests without worrying about anything else. Vicky was amazing in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We came to her thinking we were prepared, thankfully we had her to walk us through those last minute details we didn’t even know were a thing. The more time we spent with Vicky, the more we came to realize what a genuine and kind hearted person she is.
On the day of, our lead planner Nicole was fabulous. She made sure everything was in place and everyone was taken care of. She had our day running seamlessly and it was absolutely perfect. I was especially grateful when Nicole helped me tend to my newly pierced ears! Dangle earrings are not your friend 5 weeks in even if they look great with your dress. Nicole stayed right to the end to pack-up, dealt with the vendors and even gave us a lift back to our hotel.

Vicky with Perfect Planners is absolutely amazing! We hired Vicky and planned our entire wedding (October, 2021) in less than 3 months! Her help was essential as we had zero experience with wedding planning and little time to learn (due to our short timeline and finishing our PhDs). We were extremely overwhelmed by the whole process and navigating changing COVID guidelines, especially since COVID safety is a priority for us. Not only did Vicky take on the brunt of the planning work, she eased much of our stress, made sure the day would be right for us as well as our friends and family, and was very specific about what she was going to do and what she needed from us. Due to Vicky’s vendor recommendations, we were able to save thousands of dollars on the final cost of the wedding, including the cost of her full wedding management package.

Vicky was also SUPER helpful by explaining the pros and cons of every decision, which helped us make very informed choices. For example, we decided not to hire a DJ and instead use Spotify -- she warned us that some things might not work out smoothly, but we decided we were okay with this. She was right of course, but that didn’t take anything away from the day for us. It was obvious that her vast experience in this industry helped her to cater the process and the wedding day to be exactly what we wanted. She was also there on the day with an assistant (Nicole) and took care of all of the behind-the-scenes work so that we could just enjoy the day without stressing about specifics. We would recommend Vicky & Perfect Planners to anyone in a heartbeat. She was exactly who we needed to get through the past 3 months, and we had an absolutely incredible wedding day!

From helping us secure all the right vendors for our backyard dream wedding to helping me through the constant change of restrictions and replanning everything for a new staffed venue to accommodate government restrictions. She handled every curve COVID threw at us and was a voice of reason to help me through each vendor selection and detail. Vicky is calm, cool and collected. She’s got every little thing covered - including things I would never think of (and probably still didn’t realize she did). She was professional and caring throughout. We opted for the Wedding Month Management with Vicky as our month of and day of wedding coordinator - and it was definitely worth it. Vicky allowed us to be stress-free and enjoy the lead up to and day of our wedding. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. We stuck to our wedding in August and Vicky helped us navigate all of the COVID uncertainty and last minute changes as new information became available. She definitely went above and beyond for us, for example, working with the venue, public health, and our band so that we could have live music, sourcing, renting, picking up and returning the additional screens that were required almost entirely behind the scenes so we didn’t need to stress about it. We can't recommend Vicky enough! Her company is aptly named because she's definitely a "perfect planner". She's very calm and collected, and keeps a very well maintained schedule.

If anyone is ever questioning if they need a wedding coordinator, and why they specifically should hire Vicky, here's our story. Not only did she keep the day running smoothly and on schedule for us, she took care of all the background details so that we didn't have to and could enjoy the day. But she also saved us at the end of the night when our transportation company that we hired to shuttle our guests back to the hotel fell through without warning. She came to the rescue and managed to get another company to come on short notice. I can't imagine having to stress at my own wedding because of something of the calibre going wrong, and she did what it took to make it work!

From the booking stage to the day-of, Vicky is very responsive and proactive. Definitely an asset for any bride or groom!

I wasn’t sure I needed a wedding planner but boy was I wrong!!! Between work, life and the wedding I was getting so stressed out and needed day of planning to ensure everything was set up and vendors showed up ensuring our contracts were fulfilled. That’s where Vicky and her team came in! Vicky was there every step of the way from details appointments, meetings with vendors, going over our contracts (she found some contracts that didn’t include everything as discussed for the day and was able to have it altered thank goodness)! We had a late night McDonald’s bar where I was wondering who would go pick it up, Vicky and team handled everything even the set up!

Her advice on timelines was great and she did an excellent job on the day of setting up all of our decor and gifts , ensuring we relaxed and enjoyed the day. Everything looked beautiful and she even ensured all of our items, wine, cake etc were packed up and she brought them home and let us pick them up a few days later as the venue we were at would charge us each hour we left our items behind... My husband and i were able to enjoy our day! My husband didn’t think we needed a wedding planner until he saw what Vicky and her team were doing and he actually told me that out of everything we paid for the wedding, Vicky was the best investment and very affordable!!

I would definitely recommend Perfect Planners to all my friends and family. Trust me, you want to enjoy your wedding day and not stress about the issues that may happen.. You can’t rely on your family to assist the day of as they are going to be in photos with you and getting ready!!! Plus you want someone who knows weddings well and VERY organized.. My husband and I both said we couldn’t believe how much fun we had on our wedding day and we were not stressed out at all!

The day after the wedding I asked how he felt everything went and he said "the best money that we spent was on Vicky. We didn't need to worry about anything." Safe to say I was shocked he was able to see the value in a day of planner but Vicky was so much more and we both not only felt that but saw it as well. For example - the head table had been completely set up and there was a seam running down the centre where you could see the split in the table cloths and the separation of the table. Vicky had the entire table reset so the table would be seamless and that it wouldn't be a focal point in the pictures (it would have looked terrible if it wasn't for Vicky). That was just one detail, so know that not only will the big details but also the small ones will be taken care of if you hire Vicky. She is amazing!!!!! I have already recommended Vicky to friends of mine that have weddings coming up. Thank you a million times over Vicky!

We had an amazing experience with Vicky. We didn't have a traditional venue but put together our wedding, from tent to tables, flower, catering, etc all by ourselves. Vicky was nothing but super helpful and kind. We also switched venue 1.5 months before the big day, and Vicky helped us pull it all together. The wedding stayed within our budget, we hosted 140 guests in a gorgeous barn and everyone including ourselves had tons of fun. My husband and I chose Vicky be our day-of coordinator after having seen her professionalism and work ethic at my friends wedding the prior year. I cannot recommend her enough! From the first day we met to go through a detailed itinerary of the day (which took about 2.5 hours and no complaints from Vicky whatsoever), we knew we would be in good hands. Her attention to every little detail was exactly what I needed.
Fast forward to the day of - I had 400 guests at my wedding and we are a very loud Middle Eastern family. I was worried about how Vicky and her assistants would be able to keep so many people under control, especially for all the morning festivities at my house. Well, let me just say Vicky and her assistants had it ALL under control while maintaining such a high level of respect, professionalism and precision to all of my prior asks. Anything my parents, bridesmaids, husband, or myself needed that day was taken care of and handled with the highest amount of care. There was even a mishap at the reception with the vinyl flooring, and Vicky made sure to get it all fixed before I even arrived without even letting me know so I wouldn't stress the day of my wedding.
Overall, I cannot recommend Vicky and her team enough. They are so pleasant and competent at what they do, and they helped make my day run so smoothly. I did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day other than enjoying the day!

Vicky went above and beyond for my wedding. I was a very anxious bride, planning a large wedding while going through pregnancy, but she remained professional and patient throughout the entire process. I had hired her for day of planning, but she went above and beyond, constantly checking in and following up with vendors when I needed it. On the day of, she made sure everything ran smoothly. I didn’t have to think twice about my schedule, we could just sit back and enjoy our wedding. There was not a single issue on the day of the wedding because she was on top of everything. She was very caring and attentive, providing water in the heat and bandaged up my bridesmaids feet so they could get back on to the dance floor! Our wedding was June 15, 2019. We decided 6 months before our wedding to have a wedding planner, and through recommendations, we were fortunately introduce to Vicky and her wonderful team. Our day could not have gone any more perfect! The final details leading up to our wedding with contact with vendors, overseeing contracts, finding a new videographer, setting up a rehearsal with our officiant, and even creating a well-detailed timeline, our day couldn't have gone as smoothly without Vicky and her ongoing support. I first met Vicky through a mutual friend. We struck up the conversation of weddings and found out she was a wedding planner. She had experience in destination weddings and was informing me of all the wonderful Caribbean resorts she had organized weddings at. From that brief conversation, I heard her passion. She had an undeniable joy about event planning and you can tell she would go above and beyond to help make someone's special day the greatest it could be. I never forgot that empression she left with me then. Fast forward a few years, I'm engaged. I hired vicky to be my wedding day coordinator. I was one of those ambitious brides that wanted to plan their own wedding, which I did, but oh boy, was it draining. She had warned me it would feel like a full-time job. Luckily for me, Vicky was there every step of the way. She offered support, guidance, suggestions, necessary hard facts to think about, and sometimes, a shoulder to cry on. She offered an extensive list of vendors that matched exactly what I was looking for and all matched her high quality of work. She was my advocate in meetings with vendors when I was completely burnt out. When problems arose, she always had a solution. Once all my vendors were booked, she took over and became the main contact giving me a chance to relax.
The wedding day was perfect. The timeline she created was practically and efficient. Everything ran on time. I honestly don’t think anything went wrong that day and even if it did, I had complete faith Vicky was on it. I had later found out that one of the groomsmen had ripped his pants. Not once but twice!. Guess who was there with needle and thread... Vicky was!!!! I can go on and on about all the great things she did for me throughout the process but Ill sum it up like this. Perfect Planners are exactly that...perfection. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, efficient, empathetic, creative geniuses. Vicky is the QUEEN of event planning. Vicky was wonderful to work with! We were hesitant to hire a wedding planner as the costs of a wedding was adding up. But we do not regret hiring Vicky as our planner for our wedding.

Vicky was very professional and easy to get in touch with. She was very responsive to our emails regardless of the time. Our meetings with Vicky were especially very helpful. There were many little details that I had overlooked or had not even thought of. Vicky was on top of every little detail and asking all the right questions. Planning a wedding on your own can be very daunting and stressful but with Vicky’s help it became much easier to handle.

We had guests comment on how smooth and on time the whole day was. Vicky and her team were responsible for setting up at the church and the reception and they did such an incredible job! Would give 6 stars if possible but Vicky truly was the best decision we made this wedding. We had 3 weddings in 4 years and the last one had the most vendors/professionals/artists. We were so happy to have Vicky run the show on the day of the wedding, she kept everything on schedule and made decisions based on the hours spent in meetings prior to the big day. She had every detail outlines, every thing "in case" it happened covered. Very Very helpful, the best use of wedding funds is to have Vicky making sure it all goes well. Don't do a wedding without her!

The moment my now wife met Vicky we had an instant connection and we didn’t need to meet anyone else. Vicky is one of the nicest people I’ve met in my life time. She helped us with every aspect when it came to planning our wedding. She made sure everything was perfect, even down to the colour of pen we used to sign our license was perfect. The day of our wedding we had snow, rain, and hale Vicky made sure we had umbrellas and took care of my wife and I while we were out side taking photos. Several problems arose during our wedding day but Vicky true to fashion handled it without anyone being the wiser. Nearing the end of our wedding it snowed and Vicky told my wife and I there was and opportunity for an amazing picture and if we wanted to go for. We’re glad we did cause it is honestly one of our favourite photos ever. Vicky treats all her clients like family and goes above and beyond for them no matter what. My wife and I are very happy that she was part of our wedding day. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for a planner.

From the moment I met Vicki, she instilled a sense of calm in me. She took an interest in what we wanted and offered great suggestions when I was struggling with how to accurately portray our Candy Shoppe theme. No question was ever too silly, and no worry was ever too much. Vicki could always make me laugh and realize that I was doing just fine. On the day of the wedding, my now husband's suit jacket was found to be incorrectly altered and his gorgeous tie was missing! Luckily, Vicki caught wind of this and contacted the vendor who tried to claim that it was not their problem. I don't know what she said, but by the time we were ready to head out to take pictures, the suit jacket and missing bow-tie were already on their way from the vendor in a cab. My husband was blown away by how calm she remained and how she was able to make him look and feel good. He was a very anxious groom. :) Our day turned out perfectly, we were calm and had a truly wonderful time. All of our guests were charmed by Vicki's beautiful soul and her assistant Cassandra's sweet spirit. The day went off without a noticeable hitch. Vicki was even able to figure out a way for our massive light-box photo booth to be placed in the lobby of our smallish venue so that our anitpasto bar could seamlessly take place in between our ceremony and reception during cocktail hour. We cannot sing the praises of Perfect Planners enough. They are worth so much more. You're cheating yourself of YOUR great experience if you don't use them.

Vicky was the best investment we made for our wedding! We cannot thank her enough. My husband and I tried to plan the wedding ourselves, with very little success, and that's when Vicky came in to the rescue. Both myself and my now husband are big procrastinators, but Vicky was extremely patient with us. She is also very personable but also professional, she's like the Mary Poppins of wedding planning! She found us the best vendors that fit our budget, and made the entire process so smooth and painless (as far as we saw). Whenever anyone asked us a question on the wedding day, our automatic answer was always 'Ask Vicky!'. I'm also convinced that we actually saved money by having Vicky as our wedding planner, she made sure we got the best vendors for the best price possible.

Vicky has been incredible during the entire wedding planning process, but one thing that really stood out was when she spent hours making our seating chart. My husband and I obviously left the seating chart for the last minute, and we had no idea what we were going to do. Vicky went out of her way to get a large canvas, and put the place cards one by one on the canvas, and the guests were able to take their place cards off as they arrived. It turned out perfectly! She could've easily asked us to pay a lot of money to a vendor to make a seating chart, but instead, she spent so much of her own time to make it, and saved us a lot of money and hassle!

Also, our wedding day was blistering hot, and it was a challenge to walk around in the wedding dress and a suit. But Vicky was always around with a glass of water to make sure we were hydrated!

We hired Vicky to be our day-of coordinator and she was so great! She went above and beyond before the wedding day, checking in with me every few months or so to ensure I was on track with planning and then booking in a longer meeting a month before the wedding to iron out all details. I felt completely confident in her abilities which ensured that the rehearsal and wedding day were stress-free. Vicky and her assistants were absolutely fabulous on the day and I can't find any fault in the service. It allowed us to enjoy the day / night knowing that Vicky was there to help out in case there were any hiccups along the way. We hired Vicky to coordinate our wedding start to finish (full service package). My husband and I were completely clueless as to where to begin. Vicky lead us through the entire process. From finding the venue, to ensuring I had the perfect hair accessory; Vicky was there. She was available whenever we needed her. The venue we chose required outside vendors for everything. Vicky worked tirelessly to ensure the vendors and deliveries were on time. Vicky was able to work around our insane work schedules. For example, due to limited time between travelling, Vicky organized a dog-friendly space for us to meet several vendors at once. Vicky got to know us as a couple, and was easily able to translate this to create our perfect day. We put a lot of trust into Vicky, and we found ourselves saying “whatever you think is best” constantly. We are so pleased that we trusted her, because everything was perfect.

The day before our wedding we expected to assist in the set up. Vicky shooed us away to relax before our big day. When the big day came, Vicky was there with her assistant so we didn’t need to worry about a thing. If there was a snafu, we did not hear about it until it was resolved. She ensured everything ran smoothly and on time. Vicky is such a sweet person, but if a vendor is running late, she will be as assertive as she needs to be. Without Vicky we would not have had the wedding of our dreams. We would recommend her to anyone. The time and energy that she saved us was invaluable. If you’re getting married and you don’t want to worry about a thing, you need Vicky.
